Forward primer with BBa_J61124 for amplifying BBa_E0040


A forward primer that contains RBS"BBa_J61124" which is 60 base pairs long that can be used to amplify the GFP part BBa_E0040 by performing PCR. It can be used to characterise the RBS activity easily by measuring its fluorescence, then comparing it to the fluorescence of RBS34 with GFP (As RBS34 is often used as standard)

This primer contains an XbaI restriction enzyme site, a 21-nucleotide random sequence, BBa_J61124, another random sequence for binding, then the first 21 nucleotides of the GFP sequence
